29.11.2009 More bad news... Unfortunately we won't play with Rootwater in Zabrze, as all of the band's December gigs have been cancelled due to their vocalist's bad case of pneumonia. If all goes well, the Visionism Tour will return in all its glory around Spring, and you'll definitely catch us at the gig in the Silesian region!
09.11.2009 Bad news from the JDO camp. Due to our guitar player's wrist injury and necessary rehabilitation, we are forced to delay the recording of our debut album until next year. Right now we got a studio booked for February. We promised ourselves to release the LP at the end of March tops - we're tired of waiting as well... So wish us luck!
26.10.2009 Greetings! We haven't announced anything here for quite a long time due to our intensive work on the debut album. Time isn't really on our side, so the recording unfortunately takes us longer than we initially hoped it would, but no worries - the album should be finished by the beginning of 2010. In the meantime, we're proud to invite you to a truly special gig in December, when we'll be supporting ROOTWATER on their 'Visionism Tour 2009' (with Warsaw's THE SUPERGROUP as co-supporters). 24.06.2009 I think that the only thing we're able to say for now is: THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR SUCH AN AWESOME RECEPTION ON THE DOWN GIG! We seriously thought that we'd be booed off stage (you know, US playing before THE ALMIGHTY DOWN), but instead you embraced us as brothers - 600 throats screaming 'thank you' after our set is something we'll remember for the rest of our lives. We are forever grateful! And since we're kinda starting to brag right now, let us just mention that after our performance Kirk Windstein himself congratulated us on our show, while Pepper Keenan took a photo with us (proof below, hehe). Once again, thank you all for the time of our lives! You fucking rule!

It seems like just yesterday we were just this small garage group of wannabe-musicians and now we got the opportunity to support the living legend of Southern/Stoner Metal, one of the most amazing bands in the world - DOWN!!! 23.02.2009 The Night of the Living Rock is back! On March 15th we invite you all to 2B3 in Katowice for the third edition of our annual rock bash! Again we'll play alongside two excellent bands. This time it's: FORGE OF CLOUDS - a new blood on the scene of complex, edgy sounds in the likes of Neurosis, Mastodon or Isis - a real treat for all those who like sophisticated music. SILVER SAMURAI - young and feisty, these Silesian Samurais will prove to you that glam rock is still alive and kickin'! We start at 7pm and the admission fee is just lousy 5 PLN. So join us in this one wild night, and don't worry - there'll be plenty of beer for everybody!

This Tuesday, that is February 24th at 10:00 pm we’re making a comeback to yer TV screens as guests on the „Kocia Muzyka” show on TV Silesia – to be honest, we’re not sure what to expect, but it’s definitely gonna be fun, especially since the whole thing will be broadcasted live. And you know what that means … :) And in the mean time we’re getting ready for the 3rd edition of “Night of theLiving Rock”. The gig will once again take place at the 2B3 club in Katowice and the final line-up (except us, of course ;P) will be confirmed soon. Until then… rock on or whatever…

Shit, I don’t remember entering that competition in the first place :) But alright, since we’re already there, let’s do some damage together! 15.10.2008 Ahoy there! So we got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that Antyportal enjoyed our performance at the Night of the Living Rock 2 show. The full review is at www.antyportal.net and here. The bad news is that our bass player Kuba decided to leave JDO for personal reasons. We’re sad because of his departure, but we support his decision. Fortunately, we lost only a band member, not a friend… Thus we’re starting to look for a proper replacement, hoping that we’ll see some results pretty soon. Don’t worry – JDO will still fuck with your heads (and livers) ;)

Lutch Mein Schwanz, hell yeah!!! And now for some more actual stuff – we’re getting ready for a gig in 2B3 in Katowice, which will be a part of our happy little initiative called “Night of the Living Rock (part 2)”. Initially, the headliner was going to be Expecting Jewels from Germany, but unfortunately due to organizational difficulties they were unable to visit our country this year. So instead we’ll play with a bit more local guests - Zamach Stanu and Chico()who are one of the toughest contenders on the alternative rock/metal scene). 25.04.2008 We're glad to announce that JDO was chosen to support Beatallica on their third & last show in Poland. This way you can catch us on two shows on the "Ticket to HELL YEAH!" tour: on May 15th we'll be warming up the audience in Loch Ness music club in Krakow, while on May 17th we'll be inflicting some damage in Firlej in Wroclaw.

26.03.2008 Well, to put it simple - we lost a good man..... Actually, it just sort of happened - our drummer Luksus needed some more free time for other activities (we know what those are, you Casanova bastard ;P) and decided to quit JDO. Although we weren't really happy with his decision, we parted as friends - we'll keep supporting the cocksucker in his 2nd band XPRESS ;) Stay heavy you bastard! And now we'd like to introduce our brand new drummer - Lukasz "Joorek" Jurewicz. He won us over with his extremely cynical sense of humour and devoted love for alcohol.... oh, & he plays drums, which is a good thing too :) Anyway, Joorek is currently working on our material and as soon he's ready we'll hit the road and play so many gigs that liver transplants will be a must.
